From our low vision exam the doctor has determined that Finnian is legally blind and non light responsive. Its funny when I read it on the report a wave of relief seemed to come over me. We now can work on teaching him how to use his other senses to see. I know it might sound crazy but when one of our senses don't work the others take over in teaching our brain how to process what we hear,smell,taste and touch.
The papers have been sent off for him to be registered with the Commission of the Blind and the Visually Impaired.At least when we get his registeration back we will be able to sign him up for the disability bus pass. No its not free he will get a reduced rate on the city buses and subways.
Hopefully he will get services in school now because he is now legally blind non light receptive.

Sometimes it is simply enough to just know...these boys of ours are such mysteries, I understand the relief and sense of peace you feel when you finally get an answer...
Thanks for your advice today...I have been a bit more "mouthy" this afternoon...tomorrow it will become Demanding!!! :)
